Agreed! I wasn’t sold on Coach Tomlin when he first arrived, but as the years go by, I realize how lucky our Steelers family is to have such a wonderful man.

Tomlin has inspired me in how I present reviews to people that work for me…when you have extraordinary ability, doing things at that level is a “3″ or “acceptable” on the scale.

He doesn’t throw flowers at the feet of the natural stars that come up with the seemingly unreal performances or plays…he acknowledges that they did what they CAN do!

He makes a true TEAM out of the Steelers.
