Chargers are not a team to look past them. They have been playing pretty hard
lately and have had some teams on the rope.We have had tough games against
them at home and away. They are due a win. I give them great credit for how
they have played with all the adversity they have faced.Chargers are a
dangerous team right now not to be counted out.We need to run, run, and run
the ball like the running man to win this up coming game against them

There is no way we are carrying 4 qb’s, who are we releasing?

Pittsburgh needs to play flawless must win steeler football, we lost three games that should have been won, stick to the run and play action passes will open up!

We need to run the ball effectively and control the clock – SD is still a good passing team and we need to continue to be agresssive on pass defense

my hat goes off to Charlie Batch for his game against Raven’s last week – however now we must move on – we will need another game of accuracy from Charlie and another super game from Heath Miller who also was outstanding last week. We cannot forget that there is only one way the two mentioned above can perform well and that comes with a great effort by all specifically lineman for their blocking efforts all through the game …… now let’s get after the Chargers.

Hopefully Steelers have no more injuries and maybe some returning from the DL. Steelers need to minimize turnovers and continue the same game plan that make them dangerous. Trick plays, quick screens, short passes, and the QB scrambling to buy time. The offensive line should remember it is better to give ground than to hold. Giving ground may or may not result in lost yardage whereas a holding penalty is guaranteed to cost 10 yards regardless of the play success.

With the season so close to the end and a divisional championship still visible, all of the remaining games on the schedule should be take very seriously. If this were earlier in the season, it would be easier to look past. The days of Junior Seau putting a stop to the running game are gone. However, the Chargers still remain a formitable opponent to be taken very seriously. With the defense coming alive looking like a true Steeler Defense, all that is needed is for the Offense to move the ball.
