The Steelers got running back Isaac Redman (ankle) back on the field on Thursday, practicing on a limited basis, but four players were not able to go again including T Marcus Gilbert (ankle), LB Brandon Johnson (hamstring), RB Rashard Mendenhall (achilles), and S Troy Polamalu (calf).
In addition to Redman, LB Adrian Robinson (concussion) and K Shaun Suisham (ankle) were limited.
Taking part completely were S Will Allen (ankle), LB Chris Carter (hamstring), RB Jonathan Dwyer (not injury related), C Maurkice Pouncey (knee) and LB Jason Worilds (illness)>
Pouncey, who missed the Bengals game, said he will be ready to go this week.
“I feel really good,” said Pouncey. “I came in this morning with not that much pain at al. I feel good today. It’s really, really positive. I am definitely playing this week.”
